Irish customers:
The cost of shipping depends on the weight of a package. Small packets, parcels and packages will be sent normally through the An Post.
NO ORDERS will be shipped until payment in FULL has been received.
Cost of shipping outside Ireland
Larger heavier items, posted abroad, can range from €0.95 – €100.00 again depending on size and weight.

Payment methods:
Payment can be made by any of the following methods – over the phone, over the counter or online. Online payments can be made through a Paypal account using all major credit cards. Over the phone payments can be made by Laser/ Visa Debit & Credit cards.

Dispatch:
Orders received before 2pm will be sent that afternoon. This means you should receive it the next working day. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours after receiving payment. Deliveries in Ireland usually delivered in 1 – 2 business days.
Please note that NO ORDERS will be shipped until payment in FULL has been received. No orders will be dispatched over weekends or bank (public) holidays. To receive a delivery for the weekend, be sure to get the order in before 2pm on a Thursday as the courier can deliver it Friday to you.
Returns and exchanges:
Before returning any purchased product, please contact us within 3 working days from receiving your order to ensure that you are entitled for either an exchange, credit or a refund. Make sure to mention your reason & the item you wish to return. ALL products need to be returned in the same condition as when bought. ALL return shipping/postage costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Once received, the item will be checked and either a credit note to the value of the goods, or a refund will be issued* (a 20% restocking charge will apply if you do not want credit in the shop). Items you have purchased and wish to return over 30 days after purchase do not qualify for a refund.
If you are exchanging goods for any reason, ALL return shipping/postage costs will be the customer’s responsibility. No items will be posted unless paid for in full.
